Information gathering
You send passport, proof of address, proposed company name and shareholding structure through a secure link.

Advisory review
We check the name at Companies House, select SIC codes with you, and finalise addresses and shareholdings.

Identity verification
Each director and PSC verifies through an Authorised Corporate Service Provider. Companies House sends the personal code directly to them.

Companies House submission
We file electronically. Approval typically within 24–48 hours.
- 6
Digital handover & banking preparation
You receive the full digital pack. If you're on Elite, we begin your banking readiness.
- Valid passport for every director and PSC
- Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement or government letter)
- Proposed UK company name — we check availability
- Business activity description and preferred SIC codes
- Shareholding structure (who owns how much)
- Registered office and service address (included with Prestige and Elite)
Identity verification
Every director and PSC must complete Companies House identity verification through an Authorised Corporate Service Provider. It is a one-time process per person. Companies House then issues a personal code directly to that individual — not to us. You store it and reuse it for every future filing.

How long it takes
Priority handling and same-day Companies House submission once information is complete.
Standard priority. Most Prestige clients are incorporated the next business day.
Timings assume identity verification is passed and Companies House is operating normally. Occasional delays can occur when a name is flagged for manual review or a PSC declaration requires clarification.
What happens after registration
Digital company pack
Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles and share certificates delivered digitally.
HMRC and bookkeeping setup
Register for Corporation Tax, set up bookkeeping software and confirm compliance dates.
Ongoing advisory support
Prestige and Elite clients continue to work with the same advisor across banking, VAT and compliance.
