Do I need to visit the UK to incorporate?
No. The entire process — incorporation, identity verification, banking preparation — is handled remotely. Many of our clients never travel to the UK and operate their companies successfully from abroad.
Am I UK tax resident because I own a UK company?
No. Owning shares or being a director does not, by itself, make you UK-resident for personal tax. However, if you manage the company entirely from another country, that country may treat the company as tax-resident there under central management and control rules. Take local tax advice.
